MALMO, Sweden, March 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has signed a five year contract worth $745,000 with a major American systems integrator. The contract includes licensing fees and maintenance with a value of $556,000 and professional services totaling $189,000.
Telelogic DOORS/Analyst and Telelogic SYNERGY will be used by a team of around 100 developers at the customer's Australian site. The customer is developing software consisting of more than 4 million lines of code and with approximately 20 concurrent supported releases. Managing so many variant releases demands a sophisticated change management & configuration management tool like Telelogic SYNERGY. The implementation has seen competitive solutions replaced.
"It is great to see that yet another large global organization is showing confidence in our integrated solution," said Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO for Telelogic. ``The customer has implemented CMMI in its organization and was looking for tools to support that process. With the new tools in place, the customer is able to implement a requirement driven development process, which will ensure that all requirements and changes are actually being implemented. This also translates into considerable cost savings over time."
