Science Director of The ALS Association Discusses Latest Research in Lou Gehrig's Disease

    WHAT: The ALS Association's 2004 Leadership Development and ALS
          Clinical Conference. The ALS Association is the only
          national not for profit voluntary health organization
          dedicated solely to the fight against Lou Gehrig's disease,
          or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

     WHO: Dr. Lucie Bruijn, Ph.D., directs the research program at The
          ALS Association. Bruijn provides an update on advances in
          research into one of the world's most devastating diseases.
          As a researcher, Dr. Bruijn developed one of the
          genetically-altered animal models used in ALS research.
