SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- iMedia International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IMNL), pioneers in interactive digital multimedia publishing, is very proud to announce today the release of the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival Special issue of Hollywood Previews(TM) iMagazine.

The Tribeca Film Festival was founded by Robert DeNiro, Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff to celebrate New York City as a major filmmaking capital, and to contribute to the long-term recovery of lower Manhattan after the September 11, 2001 attacks.

American Express is the Founding Sponsor of the Tribeca Film Festival. Thousands of the interactive CD-ROMs will be distributed to promote the festival. The content of the disc features eleven Tribeca Film Festival films to be promoted at the prestigious event, a calendar of events and downloadable images of the advertising creative.

This Hollywood Previews(TM) iMagazine release marks the seventeenth edition of the Entertainment-oriented promotional CD-ROM.
