CAMPBELL, Calif., April 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Silverado Financial, Inc. (OTCBB:SLVOE) announced that it changed auditors on March 19, 2004.
As a result of this change, Silverado Financial has been unable to file its annual report in a timely manner. Silverado sees this as a one time event and anticipates filing Form 10KSB during the first week of May 2004.
