VANCOUVER, B.C., April 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- VoIP MDU.COM (Pink Sheets:VPMD) today announced that it has signed a five year agreement for the Canadian rights to market online movies, syndicated television programs, music CD's, DVD's and cartoons with American IDC Corporation (Pink Sheets:ACNI).
VoIP MDU.COM will now be able to offer online its VoIP telephony customers, its broadband customers and MDU clients a comprehensive, 10,000 title library of movies, syndicated television programs, music CD's, DVD's and cartoons through an easy to use, legal and inexpensive method, 24/7.
ACNI (www.americanidc.com), a Hollywood, California company, develops online interactive communities such as music/entertainment product sites, dating sites and portals for its own businesses, as well as custom software that creates flexible driven e-commerce and website solutions that are built and managed using popular web browsers, including the downloading of these products from any of the Company's sites to the hard drives of home-based clients with Internet-enabled computers. ACNI recently announced a merger with a private Hollywood-based company, ETV Inc., (www.etvhollywood.com) which offers a complete end-to-end solution for broadband streaming over the Internet, combined with an exclusive, proven digital streaming technology and revenue-producing content that includes Hollywood classic movies, television programs and cartoons.
