STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- OMHEX today announced changes to the OM Technology senior management team. Three appointments have been made. Maria Khorsand has been appointed President of the Financial Markets business area, and Elizabeth Sipiere has been appointed President of the Banks & Brokers business area. Roland Tibell, who until today has had a dual role as President of Financial Markets business area and President of OM (U.S.) Inc., will now focus on the Americas region as President of OM Technology Americas.
Ms. Khorsand joins OMHEX after 17 years at Ericsson, where she has held various executive management positions, mainly in the areas of business communications, mobile telephony systems and applications. Since 2001, Ms. Khorsand has been President of Ericsson Technology Licensing, an organization of approximately 200 employees, responsible for the licensing business of Bluetooth wireless technology.
Ms. Sipiere has held a number of senior positions over the past 20 years in companies servicing financial services firms. As Global Head of Capital Markets at HP, she extended HP's activities in the capital markets, focusing on revenue growth across Europe, Asia and the U.S., both for HP's core products and solutions developed with partners. She was CEO of Interbizz Financial Systems, a provider of next generation order routing and program trading solutions to global securities firms. Most recently she was Chief Operating Officer of Buttonwood Tree, a specialized strategic consulting firm focused on Investment Banking and Asset Management.

Ms. Khorsand will be based in Stockholm and will assume her position on August 1, 2004.
Ms. Sipiere will be based in London and is taking over from Klas Stahl who has been Acting President of Banks & Brokers. Ms Sipiere will assume her position on May 17, 2004.
Mr Tibell's position is effective immediately.
Ms. Khorsand, Ms. Sipiere and Mr. Tibell will report to Klas Stahl, President, OM Technology.
