KIWI Network Solutions Inc. and TELTEK Canada have commenced formal negotiations with a regional based carrier to offer a Packet Based Broadband System and Device Network in the United Arab Emirates. The MOU forms the first part of a consortium being finalized by KIWI and TELTEK Canada with a series of operating technology partners.
