Reminder: Petroleum Geo-Services Announces First Quarter Results Webcast and Conference Call


 MAY 10, 2004: OSLO, NORWAY - Petroleum Geo-Services ASA ("PGS" or the "Company") (OSE: PGS; OTC: PGEOY) has scheduled a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet on Thursday, May 13, 2004 at 4:30 p.m. Central European Time (CET) (10:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)), to discuss PGS' first quarter financial results.  The results are scheduled to be released before the Oslo Stock Exchange closes and prior to trading in the United States that same day. 
 
PGS will not be hosting an analyst meeting at its headquarters in Oslo simultaneously with the webcast and conference call.
