ATLANTA and PARIS, May 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Representatives from a cross-section of EMEA's most innovative and diverse companies will gather today and Wednesday in Paris to help Optio Software (OTCBB:OPTO) plot the future of its industry-leading document output management solutions.
This is the third in a series of global advisory meetings initiated by Optio to ensure that its solutions continue to embody customer-driven requirements, and the first meeting of the EMEA Customer Advisory Board. In recent months, Optio has also hosted the first meetings of its Healthcare and Enterprise Customer Advisory Boards in North America.

The EMEA Customer Advisory Board provides a valuable forum for customers to contribute insights into their experiences with Optio Software. Customers' feedback on specific products will be incorporated directly into the company's product planning process. The EMEA Customer Advisory Board meeting will also include a comprehensive review of Optio's current and future solutions, industry overviews from experts, customer spotlights on innovative uses of Optio's solutions and interactive roundtable discussions.
