KUNGSBACKA, Sweden, June 03, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Elanders strengthens its positions within the segment the Service Sector and adds to our competence in the high quality sector of sheet-fed offset through the acquisition, which is expected to have a positive effect on turnover and profit for 2004.
Elanders Gummessons in Falkoping has signed a contract with the owners of Skovde Offset AB for the acquisition of shares in the company, which is located in Skultorp, has a turnover of MSEK 40 and 24 employees. The acquisition brings with it vital expertise in the high quality sector of sheet-fed offset as well as a significant reinforcement of the Group's marketing and sales organisation, particularly in the segment the Service Sector.
The acquisition should be completed by 1 July 2004 and is expected to have a positive effect on Group turnover and profit in 2004.
