Former Disney Animator and Composer to Play Key Roles in Raven Moon's 'Amazon Challenge' Television Show

ORLANDO, Fla., June 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that former Disney Animator David Murray and Composer-Arranger Mike Brassell will work on the development team of Raven Moon's 'Amazon Challenge' and 'The Search For The Amazon Queen' television shows.

David Murray, a former Disney Animator, will be designing the colorful new jungle set (with a rendering of the Amazon Queen, eight Amazon Women and three Male Challengers in it). Mike Brasell, a former Disney songwriter, composer and arranger, will write incidental music and orchestrate an instrumental version of the main 'Amazon Queen' theme song for a video storyboard presentation piece.

Mike Brassell's projects include work as a Composer/Songwriter on Feature Films, "The Emperor's New Groove", "X-Men", "Pocahontas", and "Fantasia 2000". In addition, Mr. Brassell provided Voice Over for "Lilo & Stitch" and "Bears".

In 1996 Mr. Murray came to Walt Disney Feature Animation Florida, where he began his career as a background animation artist for Disney's feature length films. His screen credits include "Mulan", "Tarzan", "John Henry" (in which Disney also used his voice talents), "Goofy's How to Haunt a House", "Lilo and Stitch", and "Brother Bear".

Raven Animation, Inc., who recently signed former CBS "Survivor" Rob C to host its new video game and television program called "Amazon Challenge", will be conducting "The Search for The Amazon Queen" auditions in various cities to find the perfect woman who will be the "Amazon Queen" in the new video game and television program. "The program will be a combination of 'Survivor', 'American Idol' and 'Miss America' except with a lot more excitement," stated Executive Producers Joey & Bernadette DiFrancesco.

Former Survivor All-Star Rob Cesternino will be on hand at each of the preliminary auditions and will be available for radio and television interviews in each city along with Emmy Award-winning Executive Producers Joey & Bernadette DiFrancesco who created the video game and program. "I'm sure we will discover a number of women who will qualify and become finalists for the title 'Amazon Queen.' The auditions will be the first step and will literally give hundreds of women a chance at stardom," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven's CEO.

Once a broadcast network partner is found, Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. will air the five-part one-hour programs called "The Search for the Amazon Queen" that could be aired during sweeps as a lead-in to the actual weekly series: three video-taped programs showing the behind-the-scenes and preliminary auditions and then two one-hour Live Prime-time Specials, A Semi-Final Event and a Final Event in which the viewers will vote and select the "Amazon Queen".

The video game and television program called "Amazon Challenge", designed for 'teens and young adults, was created and copyrighted in 1989 by Joey and Bernadette DiFrancesco way ahead of its time before CBS's "Survivor" or NBC's "Fear Factor". "Timing is everything," stated Co-creators Joey & Bernadette DiFrancesco, who have licensed all of the worldwide licensing and merchandising rights exclusively to JB Toys, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc., for ten years.
