Viropro Acquisition Target Selects Sales Agent for Ontario Healthcare Market

MONTREAL, July 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- As part of its expansion plan for the Canadian healthcare market, Central Network Communications (CNC) Inc. (Pink Sheets:CNCW) announced today that it has signed an agency sales agreement with SoftDimension (Ontario) Inc. for the promotion of its "Pyramid" case-costing software solution in Ontario. Viropro, Inc. (OTCBB:VPRO) has been discussing the prospective acquisition of the operations of CNC for several months.

Pyramid is a powerful cost-management and decision-support software tool that enables healthcare administrators to track and fully evaluate the detailed direct and indirect costs of clinical and medical activities. Already deployed broadly in the U.S., the solution today produces accurate, timely and cost-effective results, year in and year out, for hundreds of healthcare organizations. Over the past year, CNC installed Pyramid in two Quebec hospitals and the power and innovation of the tool is catching the interest of healthcare institutions across the country.

SoftDimension specializes in supplying best-of-breed management and software solutions to clients across several sectors in Ontario, including Healthcare. "This is an important agreement for us," remarked SoftDimension's President, Marc Letellier. "We've been tracking the progress of Pyramid for some time and see it as an amazing decision support system that fits very well with current and future directions we see in Ontario Healthcare."
