MALMO, Sweden, July 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has signed a four year Euro 1.3 million term based license agreement with a leading European provider of business integration software. The agreement includes Telelogic's requirements management solution DOORS and its change and configuration management solution SYNERGY.
The customer has recently won a large project where failure to deliver could result in severe financial penalties. In parallel they are merging several product applications into a single product suite and also changing the underlying architecture of the products to .NET. In addition, the customer is geographically spread with most of its R&D in India while the requirements analysis is done in the UK. To meet all these challenges, the customer was looking for a reliable partner with market leading products. With this agreement the customer will standardize on DOORS and SYNERGY for all development within its organization.
"Telelogic solutions deliver powerful benefits to companies facing these challenges," said Anders Lidbeck, president and CEO of Telelogic. "With Telelogic's tools in place, distributed development teams can work more effectively together, cope better with changes, communicate more efficiently, meet their deadlines, and minimize development errors. Our proven success in these areas in combination with DOORS' market leading position and SYNERGY's task based methodology gives our customers a sharp advantage in this very important process."
