STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Sept. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg, chairman of AB Lindex board since 1993, will not stand for re-election.
"I will take up as president and CEO of Svenska Lantmannen, a position which will require most of my time. Therefore I have decided to step down as chairman of the Lindex board," says Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg.
The Nomination Committees proposal for members of AB Lindex board of directors, will be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting.
