This action was taken as part of its effort to gain fully-reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
HJ & Associates is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), as is required for all accounting firms performing audits of public companies by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and maintains membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SEC and Private Companies Practice Sections of the AICPA and is a member of the RSMi McGladrey Network of Firms.
