Sciax and Eomax Define Near Term Product Development Objectives

BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, Oct. 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sciax Corp. (Pink Sheets:SCXC) reported today on a recent meeting between the Company and R&D partner Eomax Corp. The Companies have set the course for near term product development initiatives based on these discussions. Eomax has been engaged in several projects related to the Wolf Pack(tm) system that is manufactured under license by Sciax. Technology to be introduced includes new modular system components that will introduce several network, web and computer interface capabilities to the Wolf Pack system.

"Sciax has just really begun to experience the benefits of the synergistic relationship with Eomax," stated Ralph Manore, Vice President of Operations for Sciax. "Eomax has several very compelling capabilities for Wolf Pack on the drawing board and the Sciax sales team is very excited about the near term product introductions expected."

"The modular design philosophy that has been a central theme in our development of the Wolf Pack(tm) system gives us tremendous potential to expand system capabilities over time," stated Ken Smart, President of Eomax. "This modular design and resulting product introductions will ensure that Wolf Pack(tm) has the potential to generate additional revenue streams in future releases."

The Wolf Pack(tm) is a highly modularized opto-electronic remote viewing system used by law enforcement and military personnel. The reconfigurable, multi-operational design of Wolf Pack makes the system ideal for many applications in physical security, drug and contraband interdiction, tactical response and protective security. Wolf Pack(tm) electronics and optical components are built to high standards of durability, allowing successful deployment in harsh conditions that would prohibit the use of many conventional imaging systems.
