ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) is pleased to announce that it has received an additional $3,000,000 in new financing from MG Studios in order to complete the production of 39 Gina D's Kids Club programs by December 2005.
The $3,000,000 from MG Studios is in addition to the $2.65 million credit line MG Studios had given Raven Moon to complete 18 episodes of Gina D's Kids Club. MG Studios has extended the additional $3,000,000 of financing to Raven Moon Entertainment based on the company's good standing with its payments on the previous $2.65 million in financing that the company received over a year ago.
"We are happy to extend Raven Moon the additional credit. They are paid in full for all 18 episodes; we look forward to completing the 39 episodes," stated Mike Gibilisco, President, MG Studios.
"Children love repetition. With 39 episodes, our syndication efforts will immediately focus on stripping the Gina D's Kids Club programs 5 days a week similar to Sesame Street and Barney. Four new episodes of Gina D's Kids Club are currently in production and will be completed by the end of December 2004. They include: "Journey to The Land of Dinosaurs", "Let's Get Fit America", "Animal Alphabet" and "Let's Fix TV Ted".
