(Pink Sheets:GPTV) for the "Sale of a Master license agreement, for the continents of Europe and Africa, to be operated by Pegasus Gaming Corp., and have now been agreed on as a total price of U.S. $2,000,000. The transaction calls for U.S. $1,000,000 to be paid, by quarterly payments of U.S. $250,000, and the issuance of U.S. $1,000,000 in common stock of Pegasus Gaming Corp."
CNOC currently trades at around .10 a share.
UTStarcom, Inc. (Nasdaq:UTSI)
IP access networking and services provider, UTStarcom, Inc., announced Monday that it has received a letter of certification from China's Ministry of Information, giving the company a strong rating for its performance in the 3G WCDMA trials recently completed in China. 3G MTNet Trial Technical Group stated that UTStarcom's WCDMA system successfully passed all phases of the 3G testing, fared well in network functionalities, achieved roaming and interconnection with other systems as well as terminals and offers complete sets of functions and features.
UTSI closed Monday's regular trading session up $0.24 at $21.40, on volume of 2.5 million shares.
Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq:QTWW)
Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. announced Monday that it has been awarded a contract to provide emissions compliance testing on General Motors Corporation's 2000 model year regular production passenger cars and trucks. Quantum said it will conduct emissions testing on GM's 22 certification test groups currently in service
QTWW closed Monday's regular trading session at $6.05 on volume of 784,464 shares.
