Observer Acquires U.S. Media Evaluation Firm


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 03, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Observer acquires the operations of Delahaye, a firm with a global media evaluation offering. Delahaye is one of the world's strongest brands in media analysis and fits well into the Observer portfoilio of media analytic services.

"Through this acquisition we strengthen our offer of analysis and evaluation services. Observer and Delahaye are the only companies with strong offerings in both North America and Europe," says RL, CEO of Observer Group. D:s client base include a number of Fortune 1000 companies and the yearly sales amount to nine million US dollars.

The acquisition will have some positive effect on earnings per share as well as cash flow from the time of acquisition. Delahaye is included in the group accounts from the turn of the year. Observer acquires Delahaye's operations from Medialink, a listed U.S. company.
