CFO leaves Observer to take on new position


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Observer's CFO, Anders Lundmark, has accepted an offer to become CFO of Pharmacia Diagnostics.

Pharmacia Diagnostics is the world's leading company in allergy diagnostics and is headquartered in Uppsala, Sweden. The company has an annual turnover of approximately 220 milion Euro and the owners, since April 2004, are the London-based venture capital companies PPM Ventures and Triton Advisers.

Anders Lundmark, who has been CFO of Observer for four years, will leave Observer in June 2005 at the latest. The process of recruiting his successor has begun.
