InterAge Wins U.N.-Sponsored Tsunami Victims Project

Web-Based Project Valued at $22 Million


NEW YORK, Jan. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it won a bid for participating in the establishment of a web-based system for dealing with Tsunami victims. The total value of this United Nations funded project is estimated at $22 million, of which InterAge is positioned to receive over $16 million.

As the death toll of the Tsunami reaches incomprehensible numbers, large international aid organizations are looking for ways to help those who survived and the victims' families. One such initiative will be the establishment of the web-based information management system that InterAge was awarded to oversee.

This project will include the use of various forms of media, including text, voice, photographs and video. The objective is to provide optimal opportunities for identification of Tsunami victims, both dead and injured, and to allow every user of the system around the world to enter up to date information and to confirm identification of victims.

Building of the system will span over 16 months and will include advanced identification technologies and information comparison tools, some of which will be developed by InterAge. The sheer mass of victims and the fact that they come from all over the world required a creative solution for their identification.

This project represents a significant step for the Company's international recognition as a market leader in creating unique web-based marketing solutions.
