In a move to expand and increase shareholder value, AVL Global, Inc. has entered into discussions with a consulting group that specializes in the merger and acquisition of small to medium sized businesses, primarily in the Far East. AVL recognizes that there are many opportunities for growth through strategic alliances and acquisitions in this part of the world, through its travels and existing business relationships there. "The consulting group we have identified has had many years of experience in this area and can be our eyes and ears on the ground in the region," states Tyler Fisher, President of AVL. "The uniqueness of our relationship with Electro-Dynamic Research Group and the potential they bring to the table, only confirms our belief of the opportunity existing in this region and AVL plans to take full advantage of these opportunities."

AVL's core business has been in the automatic vehicle location industry but has expanded its business scope to include new high technology products such as the ones presented by the Electro-Dynamic Research Group.
