Adsero Corp. -- CEO Communicates Vision

MONTREAL, March 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Adsero Corp. (OTCBB:ADSO) President and CEO Yvon Leveille, stated, "With the acquisition completed, I am very excited to now move forward to execute our plan for growth.

"Our focus will be on a large market called the "Recharger" segment, representing all the re-manufacturers of laser toner cartridges and inkjet cartridges. Within this $6 billion segment, it is estimated that there are over 4,000 players. This creates an opportunity to consolidate and achieve economies of scale through the centralization of the R&D function related to new cartridges. This will also allow us to drive a more intrinsic and vertical supply chain management process to be the highest quality, low cost producer. In capturing only a 5% share of this market we can build a $300 million company over the next 3-5 years.

"We will strengthen our Board of Directors with individuals whose past experience will be a direct asset to the Company and its shareholders. These directors will ensure we adhere to proper governance guidelines, as well as advising on overall corporate matters.

"In addition, we are in the process of forming an Advisory Committee, which will be comprised of individuals whose current and/or past business experiences and contacts will help us expand our core strengths as well as pursue non-traditional opportunities and distribution markets in the Recharger segment.

"We will actively pursue key and strategic acquisitions within the imaging consumables segment.

"At the same time as building a network of dealers across North America, we will also be building an E-Waste collection network. We believe this solution will help to resolve the growing landfill problems which need to be addressed in the coming years. E-Waste is the informal term for electronic products which are deemed to be at the end of their respective life cycles. Printers, printer cartridges, facsimile machines, copiers, computers, cell phones etc. are all common electronic products which quickly become superceded by newer technology and thus have relatively short life cycles. Many of these products and/or their components can be reused, remanufactured and/or recycled and marketed back to the consumer at substantially lower prices than a new O.E.M. product, thus significantly reducing E-Waste. In addition, we are seeking solutions to "close the loop" on electronic waste management, to compliment our platform segment, with various technologies from recycling and remanufacturing through to waste disposal.

"I look forward to reporting on our progress as we grow our company in the future."
