Lodge Sturtevant Limited, a member of the FLSmidth Airtech Group, produces and markets machinery and system solutions for air and flue gas cleaning plants - mainly in the power generating industry. The company is based in Birmingham in the UK and employs 41 staff. Its turnover for 2004 was DKK 56.3m.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the selling price. The sale will not affect the earnings prospects for 2005.
