Richard H. Speidell responsibilities will include overall operations, sales and marketing and their respective profit and loss centers for all functions and activities of the Company. Mr. Speidell will report directly to C.W. Karney, the President and CEO of PDSS. Mr. Speidell has over 30 years experience in the fresh foods industry in numerous operational, sales and marketing and quality control positions for both early stage and Fortune 500 organizations. The Company considers his substantial expertise to be an extremely valuable asset for the Company. During his career Mr. Speidell has held various executive level operational and quality control posts for the Kmart Corporation, The Great A&P Tea Co. and Topco Associates, Inc. In addition, he has held top sales and marketing positions for Time `N Temperature Corp, A.P.S. Marketing and Mike Yurosek & Son.
Chris Conn, is a marketing professional with specialized experience in the agribusiness, oil, cattle and banking industries. Chris has an extensive network of industry contacts throughout the Southern and Southwestern United States, Mexico, Central and South America. Mr. Conn is also a Native American and a third generation banker. PDSS is proud to name Chris Conn vice president of marketing, he will also be reporting directly to C.W. Karney, the President and CEO of PDSS.
