Andy Brown Joins Wi-Fi TV Inc. as Global Vice President of Cinema Pop Brand, BT Liaison and Head of Content Sales and Strategic Alliances


NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. and LONDON, April 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Andy Brown, the founder/director of Active Media Limited and the former Chief Executive Officer of BT Rich Media (the digital media business unit of British Telecommunications plc, "BT"), has joined Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Pink Sheets:WFTV) as "Cinema Pop, Vice President, Global Sales and Content." Under terms of an agreement between Wi-Fi TV Inc. and Active Media Limited, Mr. Brown will also serve as an Advisory Board member of the company.

Mr. Brown said, "Active Media is looking forward to helping Wi-Fi TV Inc. develop its plans to acquire content, alliances and technical delivery solutions so that Wi-Fi TV Inc. can implement its Cinema Pop movie delivery brand on a global basis. I personally look forward to working closely with Chairman Alex Kanakaris on developing a world-leading brand.

Active Media Limited will act as Wi-Fi TV Inc.'s liaison in connection with a planned launch of Cinema Pop in Europe, subject to the company's completion of its current financing requirements, including its proposed contractual relationship with BT.
