STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Diane Tate has resigned from her position as Sr VP Technology and IP. She has accepted a senior management position in a multinational corporation, where she will be primarily based in the U.K.
Diane Tate has been employed at Pergo since 1998 and worked in a variety of senior positions in the company's manufacturing and technology areas. She has during her 7 years with the company, done a great job and we thank her for all her efforts and wish her every success in the future.
Diane Tate will remain in her position, while we urgently look for her successor.
