John Daly pulled in Best Director and Best Producer awards as "The Aryan Couple," a WWII thriller, staring Martin Landau, picked up the Jury Prize for Best Feature and won the Golden Palm Award -- the festival's top honor which competes in all film categories.
"The Aryan Couple," Mr. Daly and Mr. Landau continue to pick up awards surrounding this outstanding film. Mr. Daly received a Life Achievement Award at the Milan Film Festival where Martin Landau garnered a Best Acting Performance Male Award for his role as Josef Krauzenberg. Mr. Daly also received the L'Chiam Award for Excellence for the film at the Rockland Jewish Film Festival as well as receiving The Visionary Artist Award at the Sacramento Film Festival. Mr. Landau also garnered Visionary Artist Awards from the Sacramento Film Festival and the Santa Barbara Film Festival and received a Lifetime Achievement Award at Method Fest where "The Aryan Couple" was exhibited.
