Warwick International Hotels Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Prestigious Hotel Management Group Looks to Grow Affiliations, Continue Expansion in Europe, U.S. and South Pacific

NEW YORK, May 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Warwick International Hotels celebrates its 25th anniversary this week from The Warwick New York, the historic luxury hotel that was the hotel management group's first acquisition in 1980.

Since the purchase of that landmark property, which was built in 1926 by William Randolph Hearst to give Marion Davies a place to stay near the Ziegfield Theater, Warwick International has expanded quickly, acquiring or forming affiliations with hotels located throughout the world, and establishing a reputation for its unique management style and superior accommodation and service in leading business and leisure destinations. Today, the Warwick Collection consists of 31 hotels, resorts and spas located in 11 countries and 25 destinations throughout Europe, the United States, Asia Pacific, and Africa.

"As we look to our next quarter of a century, we will continue to align with or acquire one-of-a-kind luxury properties in key city centers, inland resorts and spas, and island resorts and spas," said G. Paul LeBlanc, vice president, sales & marketing, Warwick International Hotels. "It is an approach that has served our company, our properties and our customers very well."

As part of the anniversary celebration, Warwick International is unveiling improvements at properties in Denver, Geneva, New York, Paris, San Francisco, and the Fiji Islands. In addition, Warwick International will unveil six new Fashion Rooms(r) at The Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place in Brussels next week. Last year, Warwick International commissioned notable Belgian fashion designers to redesign 12 rooms in The Royal Windsor.

All Warwick International Hotels are featured in a new 80-page directory also unveiled this week. The release of the directory also comes on the heels of the launch of Warwick International's newly redesigned and ever-improving Website at www.warwickhotels.com.
