STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- In order to increase efficiency and to simplify the organization, OMX Technology has decided to focus its development activities within the business area Financial Markets in the Nordic countries to Stockholm. As a result of the reorganization of the business area, Financial Markets' operations in Helsinki will be closed.
The measures are expected to lead to a reduction of approximately 9 positions in Helsinki. The affected personnel will be offered possibilities to relocate wherever possible.
