Sell your CEI if you bought it. We had a good run.
So, here were go again with oil. Just when you thought everything was going to be great . . . Wham! Take a look at this headline: "Crude futures rose sharply after the government reported a 1.6 million barrel drop in its oil inventories. Analysts had expected inventories to rise, and the news created concerns about supply as the summer driving season begins. A barrel of light crude was quoted at $50.90, up $1.23, on the New York Mercantile Exchange."
What is amazing to me is that inventories don't matter in the long run. That's what this drop has been about. Just because you stock up on something means nothing really. So, now our Suncor (SU) recommendation still looks good. We said the oil story wasn't going to go away and it sure hasn't. We said we didn't expect oil below $45, and it bounced from about $48.
Oil is the story so you should expect it to keep being the story.
