Under the terms of the Agreement, Spectre will offer the Company's e-commerce proprietary servlet technology for small to medium sized online retailers and restaurants offering products online. Total Home Solutions, Inc. will receive an annual licensing fee equivalent to 10% of Spectre's net revenues from the license.
