ATLANTA, June 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- OTC Stock Review is adding the following stocks to the watch list this morning: American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:AACS), Sun MicroSystems (Nasdaq:SUNW), HealthSouth Corp. (Pink Sheets:HLSH) and Harley Davidson (NYSE:HDI).
Aggressive investors and traders should look at multi-industry holding company American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:AACS), this morning. AACS appears undervalued, compressed, fundamentally sound, well managed, and ready for a breakout! The company provides specialized machining services for heavy industry target customers through its operating subsidiary, International Machine and Welding, Inc. They also provide complete service to the heavy Equipment industry. AACS posted consolidated revenue of $2,753,633 for the period ending February 28, 2005, up 32% when compared to last year.
This jump in revenue, coupled with an announcement last weeks that the company will eliminate as much as $900,000.00 of debt on their balance sheet, could be good news for investors! These financial events give us added confidence in management by indicating a trend toward tighter controls and higher margin businesses. The Company has adopted a business strategy that focuses on expansion through acquisition. The key elements of acquisition targets must include solid management, profitability, and geographical locations compatibility and/or undervalued companies that can be enhanced by shared services and opportunities. American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:AACS) wholly owned subsidiary, Chariot Manufacturing, is poised to reap the benefits of the upswing in high end motorcycle ownership. Chariot recently announced that their results from Daytona Bike Week were successful from both a long and short term perspective. Chariot Manufacturing, is a manufacturer of lightweight motorcycle trailers. Also fueling our excitement for Chariot's potential is a strategic partnership with American Fiber Green Products and the potential for a global environmental technology solution for the recycling of fiberglass.
Closing Tuesday at $0.03, the 52 week range for AACS has been $0.021 to $0.037. Shares of American Commerce Solutions, Inc. have been active in recent weeks, leading us to believe that investors may be finding out about this undiscovered company. Investors who are looking for long term growth with near term results should consider buying the stock at these levels.
