MALMO, Sweden, June 30, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the leading provider of software solutions that align advanced systems and software development with business objectives, today announced that it has extended an existing corporate agreement for another year with a European telecom supplier. The agreement comprises two parts: the main part include licenses for Telelogic TAU and Telelogic TAU G2 for modelling, code generation and test and Telelogic DOORS for requirements management. The other part of the agreement is related to professional services and training. The telecom supplier has been a customer with Telelogic for a long period of time and has gradually extended its usage of Telelogic tools for advanced software and system development.
The agreement is worth MSEK 10.1 (MEUR 1.1) for a one-year period and implies a major increase in number of licenses. More than 80 percent of the sales amount constitutes licenses and maintenance and the remaining part constitutes professional services and training.
