The Company wishes to report that its founder has met with its key U.K. vendors such as Bodum(r) (www.bodum.com) and other companies to secure favorable payment and shipping terms for its upcoming online retail site, www.mymaisonette.com, which is to debut in September 2005. According to the feedback from the vendors, mymaisonette.com has a far superior trading platform and should yield very favorable results from its beginning. The Company is in the process of completing orders for up to 500 SKU numbers to be offered before the 2005 holiday season and expects a large increase in sales and orders from the U.K. website.
