ORLANDO, Fla., July 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The World Golf League, Inc. (OTCBB:WGFL) announced today that it has signed a network deal for the airing of seven one hour episodes of the WGL Million Dollar Shootout with PAX TV. Paxson Communications Corporation is the largest broadcast television station group in the U.S., as measured by the number of television households in the markets their stations serve. Paxson currently owns and operates 60 broadcast television stations, which reach all of the top 20 U.S. markets and 40 of the top 50 U.S. markets. Paxson reaches 87% of prime time television households in the U.S. (95 million viewers) via their broadcast television station group and through arrangements with cable and satellite distribution systems. As of July 1, 2005 PAX TV has changed its name to I Network to reflect its changes in programming objectives for the future. Airing of the WGL Million Dollar Shootout will begin on Monday, January 23, 2006 at 7 PM EST/PST and 6 PM CST/MST. The series will continue each Monday in the same time slot until March 6, 2006.

This includes John O'Hurly as Host, PGA Tour Star Fred Funk, the Big Breaks Don Donatello and LPGA players Bernadette Luse and Carin Koch. Also, several major national sponsors will be committed to the MDSO project by the beginning of September 2005.
The WGL markets a professional golf concept in the USA, which allows average golfers to play for substantial prize money in local and regional tournaments culminating with a PGA-style national event and world championship. The WGL is also the producer of the Million Dollar Shootout reality television series and has awarded over $1,000,000 in prize money to date.
