NEW YORK, July 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- PEM Ltd. announced today that it has established a strategic alliance with Premier Funding and Financial Marketing Services (Premier) of Phoenix, Arizona. Premier will focus on corporate imaging, positioning, and retail investor market awareness for PEM's U.S. clients. The first PEM client project will be DCI USA Inc. (DCIU.OB).
