TORRANCE, Calif., Aug. 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CyberAds, Inc. (OTCBB:CYAD) announced today that they have reached agreement with California Watersports, sole proprietor of Snug Harbor Marina in Carlsbad, California to officially designate the venue as the "Home of the XBoard".
XBoard is an innovative personal watercraft that is shaped like a surfboard and powered by a 39.5 horsepower rotary engine. XBoard is designed and manufactured by Aqua Xtremes, Inc., a company that specializes in the creation of extreme sports products and marine engines.
Snug Harbor has come to be known as a majestic wakeboarding oasis located just to the east of Carlsbad, California and is viewable heading north on I-5 freeway. It often has glass smooth water with limited boat traffic. The owner of California Watersports is Josh Cantor, a highly experienced and recognizable figure in the wakeboarding industry. He plans to make Snug Harbor a world-class spot for wakeboarding ... and, now with the introduction of XBoard, jet surfing.

A second event has been scheduled at the new "Home of the XBoard" this Friday, August 5. The by-invitation only event will include demonstration rides by experts and first time rides for potential distributors, investors and media to review the product. PlanetX TV will also be at the site shooting content for upcoming segments on XBoard to be broadcast on their network of programs across the country over the next few months.
Also on hand at the Snug Harbor with his R&D team will be Art Robins, CEO of Aqua Xtremes, manufacturer of XBoard.
