SCHIPHOL AIRPORT, Netherlands, Aug. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Royal Numico N.V. announces that it has reached agreement to acquire a further 8.5% stake in PT Sari Husada Tbk thereby increasing its shareholding to 94.8%.The value of the transaction amounts to a price of IDR 3,500 per share and will be acquired from individuals of the Widjaja family.
Numico has also agreed to sell its 15.6% stake in PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk for the price of IDR 3,800 per share. Tigaraksa is an Indonesian distributor which is majority controlled by members of the Widjaja family.
