XBoard Chicago, represents a new business enterprise for Luers, a native Chicagoan who has spent his summer's wakeboarding, water-skiing and boating out of the East Chicago harbor on Lake Michigan. Through XBoard Chicago, Luers plans to build a dealer network that covers the Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana.
