Richardson to the LMGR Board of Directors as Secretary of the Board. Mr. Richardson is currently Vice-President of International Affairs for Quathemetin International A.G., a Switzerland-based business-development, finance and management-consulting corporation. Through its subsidiaries in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia, Quathemetin International A.G. serves small- and mid-capitalization companies in the private, public and government sectors.
