ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Aug. 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ultitek Ltd. (Pink Sheets:UITK) is pleased to announce that they will establish by year end a U.S.-based, full-service, Internet travel company. The travel website, in addition to normal travel services, will enable travelers throughout the world to book travel on flights within Russia and C.I.S. countries on scheduled carriers and charter flights, which is not available to the world currently.
Ultitek's wholly owned subsidiary TAIS currently owns website software that offers online travel for flights within the former Soviet Union. This universal feature helps fulfill Ultitek's plan to become a company with worldwide capabilities.
"The online travel company will enable Ultitek to generate revenues in a niche market, as well as enable the creation of a new customer base in the travel industry," stated Roman Price, CEO of Ultitek Ltd.
