ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVMN) announced that August 31, 2005 is the record date for shareholders to qualify for a one-for-one warrant dividend.
The terms of the warrant dividend are: shareholders of record as of August 31, 2005 shall receive one warrant for each share of common stock owned as of that date. The warrant may be exercised anytime for one year at $0.02 per share.
The warrants will be mailed to the shareholders in September after the transfer agent gives the company a list of the shareholders of record as of August 31, 2005.
