Specifically, the Optio Procure-to-Pay solution will:

multiple languages and currencies, custom terms and attachments
-- Distribute purchase orders by print, fax, e-mail, Web-based archive
and/or XML
-- Track progress of key deliverables by capturing images and data
from advance shipment notices
-- Intelligently scan documents, extract key data from inbound trading
partner invoices and integrate it into Oracle 11i
-- Access purchase orders, invoices and other documents related to a
specific transaction from within Oracle applications, facilitating
two- and three-way matching and prompt dispute resolution
-- Create and deliver checks, payments and positive pay reports.
Under the partnership agreement, Baytree Associates will deliver Optio Business Process Solutions and serve as Optio's prime systems integrator in the Oracle market for these solutions. Baytree will also provide related implementation, support, programming and consulting services to customers across its practice. The strategic agreement encompasses the following Optio Business Process Solutions: Optio e.ComIntegrate(tm), Imaging Solution(tm), e.ComPresent(tm), Imaging Solutions(tm) and an Oracle Application-Specific Adapter. Together, these solutions help organizations reduce the costs, errors and inefficiencies of the complete lifecycle of document-intensive processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and manufacturing and distribution.
