Torbay Holdings Inc: Brakemoor Anti.Fatigue Software Launched at the IDEAS Conference in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C., Sept. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:TRBY) announced that Brakemoor(tm), a new generation break timer software, known as Anti.Fatigue(tm), was launched yesterday at the IDEAS (Interagency Disability Educational Awareness Showcase) Conference in Washington, D.C.

Brakemoor(tm) was well received and the issues of Anti.Fatigue(tm), as communicated, appeared to be easily understood. Visitors to the booth received product presentations that included explanation of the design aspects of the AirO2bic mouse that make it a complete Section 508 compliance solution. Afterwards each received a Software Key to Brakemoor(tm) for their evaluation. Almost 100 Keys were issued on the first day.

Designer Appliances, Inc. is the only computer mouse company attending this Section 508 focused conference. This has given the company the opportunity to demonstrate its belief that it is "the most fully compliant" input device by virtue of being "gripless and not twisting the wrist." From comments received, the company's presence at the conference has been recognized as its preparedness to demonstrate its claims of compliance face-to-face with those who make Section 508 procurement decisions.

Brakemoor(tm) is a new generation of break timer software that recognizes that the management of fatigue, Anti.Fatigue(tm), will likely become a key tool in reversing the tide of computer-related injuries. Prior programs have, in the company's opinion, focused upon the correlation of activity with injury onset. The company believes that by such time as these signs become visible, potential for damage may have already been established, and therefore, a more pro-active empirical regime could be necessary; as is Brakemoor(tm).

Brakemoor(tm) will retail for $49.95 and will be bundled with Nib software ($75) for $99.95. It manages physiological fatigue through a patent-pending, three-stage process. The three R's of Anti.Fatigue: Re-Aeration, Relaxation and Recovery. This involves a deep breathing process (which is also used as a 'mini-break" between 3-R "Fatigue Brakes"), a passive muscle relaxation stage, and a recovery or physiological re-equilibration stage, which can involve audio and visual media. In this way, blood oxygen levels may be topped up, circulation enhanced, and any potentially damaging metabolic byproducts are given time to disperse.

In addition to the fully featured purchased version of Brakemoor(tm) there is also a "free" version called Brakemoor(tm)Share (BMS). This version is "the minimum" the company considers necessary to achieve its Anti.Fatigue(tm) objective in a break timer and demonstrates its commitment to the belief that access to such tools is necessary. A distinguishing factor is that BMS displays advertising during the recovery period of the break. A sponsor's image and a caption are displayed as the first "frame" and every fifth thereafter. In this way it is hoped to attract sponsorship from companies as "Enablers of Anti.Fatigue" software. Sponsorship will be country specific, extending diversity and opportunity for potential sponsorship income. Discussions are underway with potential "Enablers" at the "in break level" and also for Brakemoor(tm) "Supporters"; donators of free media. It is hoped that as the popularity of BMS grows, so too will the breadth and value to sponsors. It is also anticipated that, as an evaluation tool, BMS may convert many users to the fully featured advertising free purchased version.

Supporters who contribute media for use in Brakemoor(tm) breaks will receive an acknowledgement and a link to their Web site from the Brakemoor(tm) site, as will Enablers.

Brakemoor(tm)Share is downloaded from the www.brakemoor.com Web site.

The central theme to Brakemoor(tm) is "It's All About You". You taking control of your risk and recognize that you may be able to do something about it, with an objective being to get home safe to the things that are important to you. Hence, during the recovery process, you can be reminded of the important things in your life through images and audio.

The Brakemoor(tm) Web site will evolve, the company hopes, into a source of media that supports this "It's All About You" culture by offering the "Fun, Family and Fabulous". Images and audio that assert family values and the things that we all aspire to; recognizing too that not everyone has the benefit of both mediums but all are capable of fatigue. Free "seed" media is already available and private individuals will shortly be invited to provide their own "Fun, Family and Fabulous" media to share with the world to be experienced through Brakemoor(tm).

Designer Appliances, Inc. is leading the way in the development of Anti.Fatigue(tm) tools and technologies to manage the impact that fatigue is now understood to have on computer users. Anti.Fatigue(tm) design conforms to Universal Design criteria so produces products that are more "Accessible and Assistive" to all, including persons with dexterity impairment or disability. Everyone is capable of fatigue.
