Ultitek, Ltd. Wholly Owned Subsidiary, TAIS, Signs Agreement With OAG Granting Access to International Scheduling System


ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Oct. 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ultitek Ltd. (Pink Sheets:UITK) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, TAIS, signed an agreement with OAG that will allow its customers to access OAG's international scheduling system. OAG has granted access to the complete international schedule for Siren-2.3 terminals.

Preceding this agreement, TAIS could only provide information within the former CIS countries. This agreement will enable TAIS to increase their sales to their current customer base because they will not have to deal with the cumbersome process of utilizing other services for international flights. As per the agreement, customers' will be enabled with more flexibility and ease of operations.
