VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- S2C Global Systems Inc. (Pink Sheets:STWG) has commenced with a roll out of the "Aquaduct System" with one of the largest independent bottlers in Canada. Amaro Inc. has served the Quebec/Eastern Ontario market for the last 33 years providing superior quality internationally recognized Natural Spring Water. Amaro has provided ten (10) high volume locations to initiate the roll out of S2C's"Aquaduct" system in North America. Amaro's client base includes such notables as IGA, and Metro Grocery stores in the major centers of Quebec, Eastern Ontario and parts of north eastern United States.
Amaro's currently reports over 140 employees and last year had annual sales of 5-gallon bottled water that exceeded 3 million units. In keeping with the memorandum of understanding (MOU) discussed in the Company's press release of Aug 8th, 2005 Amaro will supply 5-gallon bottled water to S2C's Aquaducts located within 200 kilometers of their plant including many of Amaro's high volume locations that are part of their 600 plus retailers currently being supplied by Amaro.
The ten locations selected by Amaro currently represent an annual volume of 115,000 bottles per year or in excess of $300,000 Gross profit the first year; more than paying for the capital cost of these Aquaducts. With an expected ten year effective life on each Aquaduct these first ten locations can generate, based on current levels, revenues of $5.8 million dollars in. The expected roll out with Amaro over the next two years is 300 Aquaducts.
S2C Files FORM 10
S2C filed a Form 10-SB registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become a fully reporting company, one of the necessary steps the company must take to advance from the Pink Sheets (PS) to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). The document was filed on September 16, 2005 and will be appearing on the SEC's Web site at http://www.sec.gov.
