Extreme Innovations Signs Licensing Agreement With Street Eagle, LLC For Tampa, Fla. and Chicago, Ill.


TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Extreme Innovations, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EXTI) announced today the launch of its newest joint venture partnership, Extreme Toyz, Inc., with Arizona-based Street Eagle, LLC., a national motorcycle rental franchise and subsidiary of MBA Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:MBAH).

Extreme Innovations, Inc. has signed license agreements with Street Eagle Motorcycle Rentals and will operate the Extreme Toyz Motorcycle Rental locations in Tampa, Fla. and Chicago, Ill. The new stores will start with a fleet of up to 20 new Harley Davidson motorcycles and assorted Metric Cruisers in their rental outlets.

Gaylen Brotherson, CEO of MBA Holdings, said, "We are quite pleased with the addition of these two fine locations. These new stores give us a great foothold in the Midwest to launch additional licensed stores in the eastern part of the United States in addition to our newly opened Nashville, Tenn. store and Clearwater, Fla. Street Eagle and Rent 2 Ride Nationwide have received in excess of 25,000 motorcycle rental requests in the last two years.
