Under this agreement CinemaWorks will share the cost, with Corinex, of the development of a new commercial MDU Gateway product designed specifically for high speed Internet and VoIP deployments in the hospitality and Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) markets. In addition, CinemaWorks will have limited exclusivity in the distribution of the MDU Gateway within these markets.
