CARSON CITY, Nev., Oct. 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Gateway Access Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GWYA) recently signed a contract for the delivery and management of data, voice and video services with MinolConnect, a newly formed division of Minol International, the world's third largest provider of consumption data equipment. Gateway Access Solution's bundled "triple play" services will allow MinolConnect to offer data, voice and video services to Minol USA's over 350,000 multifamily utility billing customers.

Under this agreement Gateway Access Solutions will begin by providing "triple play" services to all 544 units at the Durango Canyon Apartment Homes in Las Vegas, Nevada. This service package includes over sixty (60) channels of Dish TV standard programming, HBO and local channels, with optional premium channels on a per subscriber basis. VoIP services include unlimited calling in the U.S. and Canada with optional extended services. Standard data services will include high-speed internet providing 512k symmetrical services with higher speeds available. Wireless hot spots will also be deployed in common areas such as pools, recreation rooms and the leasing office, including VoIP soft phone services at these sites.
